Floor it!

Added floors based on procedural geometry. Still suffers from a lack of thickness though. Will be working on implementing this code some time this weekend if I have the time.

Collision boxes generate ok so There will be no falling through floors. Dynamically placed stairs will allow for access to higher levels.

Might introduce ladders with hatches.
